Individual training
For individuals
Sunetplus training for individuals is open to all users and interested parties – regardless of the company they work for. This means that classes are mixed and limited to a maximum of 20 people. We offer these training courses online so you can easily attend from wherever you are, while also benefiting from very attractive conditions.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Course for beginners
Content | In this course, you will learn how to create a database in Sunetplus yourself, and how to use the software in general. You will receive all the expertise you need to record companies and policies, as well as people and notifications. You will also learn how to grant and manage authorisations. |

Course for advanced users and super users

For individual needs
Depending on your role and area of activity, the tasks you will have to handle will be different from those of your colleagues who also work with Sunetplus. This means you may need specific knowledge, and therefore individual training. Whatever your needs: you can book a training course with us that is individually tailored to your requirements. We define the topics and content together beforehand and shape the organisational framework to suit your individual requirements.
Costs
Per hour, CHF 270 per participant, excl. VAT
Corporate training
When you first rolled out Sunetplus, our software was set up specifically for your company. Since that time, a lot has happened for Sunetplus – but also at your company. New teams may have formed or you may now be using Sunetplus more extensively. Perhaps you would also like to offer your employees refresher courses and further training? Whatever your reasons and motivations, we can provide personalised services for you. We set the dates, topics and content together beforehand and shape the organisational framework to suit your company’s particular requirements.
Costs
2 hours, CHF 700 flat-rate, excl. VAT
Half day, CHF 1,200 flat-rate, excl. VAT
Full day, CHF 2,100 flat-rate, excl. VAT
We offer companies half-day or full-day training courses in small groups starting from three people. The number of participants per class is limited to a maximum of eight people.
Registration withdrawals, cancellations and deadlines – applicable to all types of training
Registrations can be withdrawn free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the course. After this time, the following administration costs will be incurred:
- 14 to 29 days before the start of the course: 25 percent of the training costs
- 5 to 13 days before the start of the course: 50 percent of the training costs
- 0 to 5 days before the start of the course, and in the case of no-shows: 100 percent of the training costs
If you rebook with a substitute participant or change to another training date, this will not incur a charge, provided the change is made at least 14 days before the start of the course. If you rebook less than two weeks before the start of the course, a flat-rate rebooking fee of CHF 100 will be charged. If you are unable to attend the training course due to a documented illness or accident, there will be no charge for rebooking to another date.
BBT reserves the right to cancel or postpone training courses due to a lack of registrations or a large number of short-notice cancellations. If a training course has to be cancelled, BBT Software AG will inform you immediately, but no later than five working days before the course starts, and will set a new training date in consultation with you.
Copyright and concomitant provisions
Prices and conditions are subject to change at any time. Irrespective of this, the costs and conditions applicable at the time of registration shall apply. These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is the District of Lucerne.
